Yes, just about 2 years ago while we moved into a newer and bigger location, we bought a new 300 ton Rubber Compression Machine to ease overwhelming orders. Since then, our business is growing every single day! Thank you for all your support.

During the past half year, our production line employees needed to take turns to work night shift. It shows our capacity is not sufficient for all the customers’ needs again. In order to catch up with all the orders delivery dates and satisfy customers’ rush orders, the following new equipment –

Rubber Trimming Machine: Taking care of your U-Cups and Seals. This machine, it allows us to trim radius and height precisely, or cup off extra flash in the edge.

Some more details about it are –

• Manual feed and auto trim.
• The vacuum will suck the U-cup / seal through the mold during the cutting period.
• There are many cutting mode for the user to choose. To cut the inner and outer flash simultaneously.
• The flash separator and blowing plate will separate the flash from the trimmed seals to shorten the processing time.

Hydraulic Press Machine: This is our third Hydraulic Press Machine. We use a lot of knife cutting molds to de-flash multi-bonding diaphragms and gaskets. With a Hydraulic Press Machine and accurate dimensions cutting molds, it is not only to save de-flash time, but also to keep the dimensions in tolerance.

300 ton Auto Vacuum Rubber Compression Machine: More orders, more molds, then we need more compression machines to form the rubber parts! The extra large working plate fits 600mm x 550mm mold, to satisfy the dimension for your big size products. And also, it allows more cavity mold to increase production capacity to lower your cost.

As always both Mandarin Chinese and English are okay, and we’re very patient and easy to open a dialogue with, so if neither of those is your first language, don’t worry.

Also, we will continue to improve our international business department by streamlining the entire process from the very beginning of receiving inquiries all the way through until the final product is in your hands. We know how important that pricing, quality, and timeliness are.

That’s right. Rubber World Industrial Co., Ltd. will attend the International Rubber Expo in Nashville Tennessee this October. The exact dates of the show are October 14th to October 16th at the Nashville Convention Center.

This will be our first time to visit America, and our first and only visit to a large trade show in 2014. We are very excited to bring our products directly to our American customers, and we hope to meet many more interested companies. Some of the sample products that we will have available for inspection are:

• PTFE+Fabric rubber diaphragms
• rubber+fabric packing
• metal bounding rubber parts

We of course manufacture lots of other types of rubber seals and rings, and will have some others with us. However, if you have a specific product in mind that you would like us to bring, please let us know beforehand. We will do our best to include it in our sample display.

Hi everyone, if you didn’t know Rubber World has been a bit busy with trying to keep our manufacturing lines up and running as much as possible while we were getting ready to move both our machinery and the entire office to a newer, bigger location.

We shut down for about a week, but the good news is that our move is now finished and we are up and running at full capacity. We of course want to thank you for all of  your patience because we know how tight many of your schedules are, so a delay, no matter how brief, can be a real problem. However, while you may have experienced a minor hiccup with your supply line, the long-term potential benefits are worth it.

How Does This Benefit You?

The new factory is much larger. In fact, it is actually an incredible 6 times larger than our previous one. That means we have a lot of room for future expansion. We have already started to take advantage of that extra space by purchasing 4 new machines, like a sandblasting machine and a silicone cutting machine.

With the new machines we can get more done in a shorter period of time as well as do some tasks we could not do in the past. We also now have the option to add even more machinery, whether new or duplicate, in the future as needed, which is something that wasn’t an option in our old space as it was already full.

One thing to keep note of is that because of the location change, we have also changed our mailing address and phone and fax numbers. All of the info on this website has been updated, but in case you have not received it or seen it, the new information is as follows:

Rubber World is headed to China and is going to attend the PTC ASIA 2013 exhibition that is being held in Shanghai in a of couple weeks. We will work with other leaders in our industry to display all of the best products that Taiwan has to offer, and we will continue to work with other companies to increase the quantity and quality of our materials suppliers in order to keep offering you the best value rubber products possible.

The PTC (Power Transmission and Control) exhibition will be held from 28th Oct. to 31st Oct. at Shanghai New International Expo Center, China, and is open from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., except on the final day when doors close at 2 p.m. You can find Rubber World at Tower E2, Taiwan area, Booth No. B6-2. In order to solve this complication we are very pleased to tell you that we are going to move to a new factory in 2014 that has a significantly larger space which is 6 times bigger than what we have now. It’s also a brand new facility built from the ground up to satisfy and facilitate your needs. Don’t worry; we still produce a wide variety of rubber goods such as vee packing, u-cup seals, and diaphragms and are always happy to work with you to manufacture your customized products.
