Yes, just about 2 years ago while we moved into a newer and bigger location, we bought a new 300 ton Rubber Compression Machine to ease overwhelming orders. Since then, our business is growing every single day! Thank you for all your support.
During the past half year, our production line employees needed to take turns to work night shift. It shows our capacity is not sufficient for all the customers’ needs again. In order to catch up with all the orders delivery dates and satisfy customers’ rush orders, the following new equipment –
Rubber Trimming Machine: Taking care of your U-Cups and Seals. This machine, it allows us to trim radius and height precisely, or cup off extra flash in the edge.
Some more details about it are –
- Manual feed and auto trim.
- The vacuum will suck the U-cup / seal through the mold during the cutting period.
- There are many cutting mode for the user to choose. To cut the inner and outer flash simultaneously.
- The flash separator and blowing plate will separate the flash from the trimmed seals to shorten the processing time.
Hydraulic Press Machine: This is our third Hydraulic Press Machine. We use a lot of knife cutting molds to de-flash multi-bonding diaphragms and gaskets. With a Hydraulic Press Machine and accurate dimensions cutting molds, it is not only to save de-flash time, but also to keep the dimensions in tolerance.
300 ton Auto Vacuum Rubber Compression Machine: More orders, more molds, then we need more compression machines to form the rubber parts! The extra large working plate fits 600mm x 550mm mold, to satisfy the dimension for your big size products. And also, it allows more cavity mold to increase production capacity to lower your cost.
